Clothing: Please ensure that you dress for the weather in warm comfortable clothing and wear non-marking soft soled footwear.
What to bring: All you need to bring is an overnight bag with toiletries. BYO alcoholic beverages.

Important Information
Location: Sydney By Sail is based on the Festival Pontoon in front of the Maritime Museum, next to Pyrmont Bridge in Darling Harbour.
Parking: If you require parking the closest car park can be found on Murray Street under the Novotel. Validate your parking ticket inside the Museum to receive a discounted rate.
Cancellation fee: Inside 7 days loss of all monies paid and owing. Within 8-21 Days of charter 50% of all monies paid are due and payable to Sydney by Sail and are not refunded. If more than 21 days’ notice is given then 10% of all monies paid are due and payable and not refunded.
Bad weather: SBS determines suitability of conditions. Postponement is available due to severe weather only, otherwise a 10% fee for the yacht and full charge for catering.
Refunds: Are not available. Any monies paid, less postponement fees have been applied, is held as a credit towards a future booking or other activities conducted by Sydney By Sail (excluding skippers and catering fees).
Departure: From the Museum no later than 5.30pm
Sea-sickness: can be caused from the movement of the vessel whilst at anchor.
Evacuation: If you require removal from the vessel other than for safety reasons a $100 call out fee will be charged.
Footwear: Only non-marking shoes will be permitted on the vessel
Bond: $1000 security bond is required prior to departure. Authorized on a credit card, and cleared after 5 working days of the charter, less any loss, damage or theft.
