The International Crew Package will allow you to own your first pair of sea legs. The package takes aspiring yachties from beginner to competent and confident inshore skipper, also providing the necessary certification to bareboat charter yachts in areas like the Whitsundays or Sydney Harbour. It includes several courses packaged up at a discounted rate, allowing you to learn more for less.
The International Crew Package costs $1900 and includes the following courses:
All course notes, instruction, time aboard, safety equipment, fuel and tax is included. The only additional cost to consider is the admin cost of ordering the Crew Certificate. It is currently 40 USD, and there are a few options for shipping, including free shipping or expedited courier options.
Depending on your availability, we estimate the above courses can take between 3 weeks – 3 months to complete.
Upon completion of the package, you will be awarded the International Crew Certificate accredited through IYT. With this accreditation, you will be able to bareboat charter yachts domestically, join our Yacht Share program, or easily hop on to assist racing yachts as an active crew member.
